Shipping Timeline


Most orders ship within 1–3 business days. Please note that trellises and custom or made-to-order items may require additional processing time before shipping. Estimated ship times for these items will be noted on the product page whenever possible.

If you have questions about your order’s shipping timeline, our support team is always happy to help.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. If an order is shipped to an incorrect address due to an error entered at checkout, we are unable to reship the order for free. Any replacement shipment will require additional product and shipping fees.

Cancellation Policy

 

We offer a 24-hour cancellation window for physical product orders, as long as the order has not yet shipped. Because we prioritize fast fulfillment, some orders are processed quickly, and cancellation may not be possible once shipping begins. If you need to make a change, please contact support@gardenary.com as soon as possible after placing your order to see if cancellation is still available.
