Customer service is not great!

Placed my order for the Nicole trellis not knowing wasn't available for immediate shipping and no confirmed delivery date in site. I then reached out to them and said I will pay the difference for the modern trellis if I can get it immediately. I received that trellis in 5-7 business days and when I opened it up some of the labels to put it together were missing, but I counted the number of pieces and they were all there so I started putting it together only to find out one of the pieces was not correct. No big deal, I reached out to the company explaining the issue and sent pictures and they immediately sent another piece, great, but that piece wasn't correct. I've sent them a couple of emails with pictures again stating what piece I need and they cut off all communication! I'm giving them 2 stars only because I understand some things are out of their control, but to ghost me on a trellis that I paid s lot of money for....nope!

Very happy with our purchase. Used as an entry statement at the beginning of the path to our business . Just planted some wisteria. Plan to get another one down the track.

Beautiful addition to the garden

Love the look, the sturdiness and the functionality of this trellis. Assembly was easy but best done with two people. Can't wait for it to be covered with tomatoes!
